From our roots at the Garden State Restaurant in 1947 to our current location since 2015 at the corner of Burk and Pacific, the Asselta Family has served an endless amount of loyal customers on the island. We invite you to indulge in the authentic flavors of Italy, where every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients and served with a smile. From classic pasta dishes to mouth-watering fresh seafood, our menu is sure to satisfy. Our new Chef, D'Jamel, has teamed up with our Sous Chef, Marcos, to create a dining experience like no other.

When you're here, you're a true local

Our restaurant and bar is waiting for you! We have Happy Hour daily in the off season and Sunday-Friday in season from 4-6 PM. Early Bird is available daily from 4-5 PM. Live music starts at 5:30 PM every day, we're proud to feature many local solos and duos. Our large dining room can accommodate large parties and we do ask that parties over 8 give us a call before coming in. Call ahead seating is available for all party sizes.

Parking is available in the lot next to the restaurant, across the street at Uncle Bill's, and across Burk avenue in the lot with the gray rocks. Street parking is available, don't forget to pay the meters on ParkMobile in season.

Our history

Michael "Duffy" Asselta started our restaurant journey in 1947 with the Garden State Restaurant. He later opened Duffy's On The Lake, Asselta's Italian Villa, and finally Duffinett's. Today, his daughter Trish runs the restaurant with an amazing team.
